Africa Tour 2023 - Stage 2 Douala/Cameroon

On November 10th, 2023 we are expecting at the Rabingha Pullman hotel in Douala / Cameroon between 30 and 40 professional buyers (supermarket chains, convenience stores, importers, hotel or restaurant chains) who will come to taste your wines, spirits and other products.

• Your products are promoted (show case) via our social media accounts (Instagram & Twitter) from the start of your registration until the end of the calendar year
• Your samples will be sent by you if you have an effective solution or by us (excluding the cost of participation in the event)
• Three weeks before the event you can train our teams present on site via zoom to the specificity of your products
• Our will produce a standard sheet of your products, but you can send your brochures to the venue of the event that we will make available to professional buyers.
• Your product samples will be physically presented and explained by our teams during the event
• They will be presented by you on a video capsule broadcast on screens ('on demand' and in a loop) of 3-4 minutes which will be subtitled in English
• Your samples will be tasted by international buyers during the event
• This tasting will be the subject of a detailed annotation (tasting, scoring), the attraction of the product will be monitored throughout the event (before / during / after)
• This data will be compiled and will result in a detailed report for each of your products
