Arguments :

agile B2B events on handcrafted products for promotion, in the country, to buyers/importers.

we seek assentiment of 'buyers on the export target': assentiment for 'the story (narrative) and the product itself'; we maintain the 'markcom' actions after the event

the evaluation of the performance on the export field (scoring carried out by the buyers by tasting your products during the events) + the 'performance report' from the scoring offer, at the very least, a quantified basis to initiate a reflection strategy in 'export targeting'

the earlier you register, the longer the time in digital communication (initial phase)
The process timeline:

from today to the end of June: registration, we declare by email the number and reference of the products concerned. We can, of course, talk about it together beforehand if you wish.

from registration to December: start of social media actions

from registration to the end of June: collection of samples after participants (in the absence of an individual solution from the participant, grouped sending), we recommend 6 samples/product presented

end of August: actual events

end of August: report with product performance scoring

end of August to end of December: meet-up (producers-buyer)
